If you are talking about emergency contraceptive pill that she cannot take now as it has to be taken within 72 hours and if you are talking about regular birth control pills that she can start from next cycle not right now.

Emergency  pill is used within 72 hrs of unprotected  intercourse. You cannot use it now.
