You can use any of the contraceptive methods available. Then you can have unprotected sexual intercourse without the danger of pregnancy.

It would depend on your cycle regularity. But Unprotected sex means risk of STD’s And you both should get yourself tested before indulging . If all ok then , in females with revalue cycle 28 days Premenstrual period would be the best to avoid pregnancy And 1-3 days immediate post menses . If cycles are irregular then difficult to time. Also using protection is always best
