Unnecessary eatings
I have always this cravings for eating and can't just control myself and eat. This put additional weight. Please help me with some solution to control my cravings for food.

Unhealthy food is highly accessible, it's convenient, it's engineered to taste good, Don't let yourself get too hungry, best way to calm our bodies and yet nourish them is to choose smart carbohydrates like whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables.
