Unmotivatedwhat to do?
I am worried to myself. I have been unmotivated for quite a while. To go to worki am always 30 mins to 1 hr or more late every morning. In my academics, I have been trying to do my book review which is 3 weeks or more overdue. I got motivated to do it when my professor emailed me that she received nothing. But i didn't finish it. I broke my promise that I will submit it the next day but i was absent because i didn't finish it. I am frustrated that i am lying about things. For example when i told my classmate i am still on my way to class that night even though i am at the library trying to finish the book review. I am a working girl and a grad student. My work is kinda toxic because of my colleague that it affected my mental health but i am planning to leave my job soon after this project. I don't know what to do. I feel like i am not going any where or wasting my time. Why am i like this?
