I feel worried to hurt myself and others
I can't sleep alone especially in high buildings with open window. I can't stand to be in loud. If I see the knife, I begin feeling worried as if I will kill someone. It's difficult to controI my actions when I am tired. Bad ideas comes to my mind. I try to handle this situation for a long time but I sometimes feel worried about negative consequence. I wish to live like Robinson Crusoe in order not to hurt anyone. I wanted to know if there is any medication or meditation to solve this issue.
