Unknown puncture
I was sleeping when I woke up there was a small pinpoint puncture like wound on my arm and blood had flown out of it in a straight line what can be the reason and what should I do.I don't know how I get that deep hole like wound,I was not having sharp object on my bed neither i was having big nails.I am not having any pet.

Maybe a rat bite. Clean that site very well and apply some antiseptic ointment.
Take inj. Tetanus toxoid to be on a safe side.
