Whenever i climb steps and run little bit, i feel chest tightness in my left chest.. Iam afraid to walk fast or climb steps... My ecg n echo normal... I hv developed sinustachycardia from 4 months.. Heart beat is always above 100

You should contact your local chest physician. Any familial, allergic, childhood history need to be ruled out. If needed cxr to be done and accordingly pft to be done.
