Shortness of breath and chest tightness
I have History of intermittent asthma , but last 1 year asthma symptoms regularly almost I used first 8 months asthalin inhaler and montek lc, then it's completely reversible but last 4-5 months symptoms is not going, recently last 1 month i use ics + laba that is Niveoli inhaler, morning exacerbations reduced but still feel breathlessness on exertion or walking, feels like I have to exhale forcefully to air out . My fev1 / fev is 83 and fev1 82 pre But at post , fev1 / fev 76 , fev1 78 MMef 56 to 45 after post , it's reduced I don't know why , Hrct chest is normal All heart related tests are normal Is it copd or asthma with fao , how to deal with this , my age is only 25 . Now montek lc and inhaler is working very little, I don't feel any change. Plz help me .
