I have been suffering from gut issues from more than 8 years like constipation hyperacidity bloating cramps etc. I have been to many doctors but none provided concrete solution. But recently a gastroenterologist provided me some relief with laxatives and antidepressants. But my pain and cramps still persists. They said it as IVS and said to reduce stress. The pain in in left side of lower abdomen. It pains more before bowel movement. The pain also goes to back and has lower back pain. It pain goes sharply till groin. It is more when bloated and gassy. What should I do to know what exactly is causing my pain. Just to rule out any other causes than IBS.
