Unidentified rashes in diaper area

Asked for Female, 3 Years

She has got rashes in the diaper area for over a week. Under doctor medication for the last 4 days and from Sunday also has prickly heat pox all over the upper body. The rash in the diaper area had worsened since yesterday. Also she has not been on diapers for almost 3 weeks now.

Apply rashfree cream and candid skin cream alternatively twice a day for a week. Keep area dry by using dusting powder,avoid nappies till rashes disappear. For heat rash,keep child in cool surroundings,give bath twice a day,use AC,apply elovera cream twice a day for 3-5 days.
