Hello, I've been touching my jaw and I noticed that I have a little thing (maybe) in my jaw. Not in the cheeks. Under the mouth, at the left side. It feels a little bit hard and the right side of jaw is normal soft. I'm afraid that it can be a jaw cancer. But I read the symptomps and I have none of them. What can it be?

If u r getting any wisdom teeth in that side, it can be a reactionary lymph node swelling.. Else In this age, ur presentation says, it's just a bony protuberance in the angular turn of the jaw, which is normal and nothing to get concerned.
Next Steps
if it doesn't give any disturbance to u.. u don't get disturbed by it.
