Uneven skin tone

I have uneven skin tone.. My face and neck are apprx three shades lighter than my arms and feet.. My stomach's complexion lies in between those three shades while my back portion is way darker like my arms.. Also i am having dark pigmented lips.. Lower lip in middle having lighter tone as compared to corners and upper lip.. I have used bleach on my face for a long time.. Please guide..
