Have sight +1 using glasses but some times eyes are blurry and there is uneasy Ness like some thing is press from eyelids to eye. In the.morning while opening eye slight pain in there

I think you are using +1D for reading purpose due to presbyopia,it will continue to increase every two years.You may add lubricating eye drops 4-5times  daily as a routine( Systane ultra eye drops).
