Underweight
I am leaving alone and so i dont have a proper diet which cause me to be underweight. Could anyone help me preparing a good food plan

Look you don't really have to worry,there are easy to make recipes and readily available healthy foods "not 2 minutes noodles". Fruits which can be used for breakfast, sprouts for mid morning snack, curd rice or any vegetable curry with rice or roti at lunch, brown bread sandwich or omelette at evening snack, steamed and boiled salad with dal and rice/roti at dinner, milk glass at bedtime. in between tean and snack can be included, sometimes sweets/biscuits/crunches/raitha/buttermilk/cornflakes/oats etc can be subsituted in place of snacks or meals
