For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan) 5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

Hie, you will have to gain at least 5kgs of weight to look good. For that make sure that you eat calorie dense food throughout the day. It is equally important to eat balanced proteins, fats and carbs to ensure the weight gain is not just fat or else it might lead to complications in future. Ensure that u have small frequent meals throughout the day
Next Steps
It is advisable to consult a professional who can help you out in your fitness journey since you have already made an attempt to change it by yourself
