Dear sir/ma'am Since my childhood m suffering from this underweight problem.appetite is alright!i have not tried hitting the gym or any kind of physical work out yet.

Hi , consider improving your eating pattern. Include more of energy dense food like nuts. Eat frequent meals, Take proper rest.
