Hi
Firstly my question is how do you know it's underbite? Did you consult a dentist?. If so then underbite can be because of only dental or dental and skeletal (maxilla or the mandible at fault).
If only dental then can be corrected by orthodontic treatment.
If it's both then u have to undergo ortho-gnathic surgery (includes orthodontic and some surgical procedures in ur jaw).
Next Steps
Consult an ORTHODONTIST

Talk to experienced dentist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Your question does not include all your problems. You are telling me the diagnosis, which may or may not be correct. By underbite, I consider you are having problems in chewing where all your teeth do not meet. In that case visit a dentist and get a thorough examination done. You may need orthodontics.
