Underarm cyst

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I've had an underarm cyst for a while now, but it was never red. I've poked and prodded at it before but decided to leave it alone. It's now become red, painful, and began developing a head. I tried to pop it but to no avail. It brought what looks like blood to the surface and the beginning of the head has disappeared.
