Can give her nuts ,dry fruits, seeds, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, sweet potato kheer, banana almond milk shake, especially home made foods, fresh dates, raisins, kheer, dal water.. ghee in dal, make foods more tastier and palatable..for the girl to eat..

For her weight gain, these are some effective tips which she can try:
1.) eat small and frequent meals : eat something every2-3 hours. It will boost her metabolism and she will be able to consume good amount of food.
2.) walk 10-15 minutes after meals: it will lead to a good digestion and she will feel hungry more often and hence able to good food intake.
3.) include fruits and nuts in her diet in the form of smoothies and shakes.
4.) include proteins in her diet like kalachana, missi roti, paneer, soya chunks etc
