M 24 yrs old nd is under weight nd i hv pcos..nd m taking med fr pcos ...i wanted to gain the weight although i hv good diet nd m weak nd get tired vry easily.. and i hv no proper breast growth... m weight is 48 frm vry long tym..plss guide me some diet or exrcise or some multi vitamines or any good supplemnt wch is easily available nd is gud fr me.

Hi - you need High calorie enriched with high carbs with high protien. Banana, dairy sources all, some animal foods like eggs, chicken, curd, dry fruits are helpful for you. Sleep more around 8/hrs ,nonstress but timely meals but no empty stomach for even long time.

Hello...... Have high protein containing food.... Have egg, meat, fish, pulses, and foods cooked using pufa (polyunsaturated fatty acid).. It's good for health. Saturated fat is not good for health.. Exercise daily in the morning.. It increases your appetite . Have more of fruits and vegetables. Consult dietitian.
