Can we eat idli , dosa, appa, idiappam , putta and kala ( south indian foods ) for breakfast , if the women has got pcos and during a weight loss diet ? So do we put on if we eat these foods for breakfast ?Because I stay in a hostel and they provide only this in it morning and we can't cook in our hostel.. Thank You :) Waiting for your reply :)

Yes these breakfast snacks can be taken as these are low calorie foods.take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
