My age is 29, male , I am facing under eye swelling since 2 to 3 months, it is not causing any pain but looks ugly and iam worried wether eye got weakened or what it could be.

You may be having a chalazion of the eye lid. Consult an Ophthalmologist for medical treatment. If that doesn't work , you may need surgery to remove it.
