Undecent testical
Today I noticed a small black chickpea size ball type structure in my baby right side upon and beside of the scrotum..since he is having right undecent testical. he is 2nd half months old..What does that mean please tell me doctor

Usually undescended testis has a possibility to reach the scrotum till 6-9 months of age after which it needs surgical intervention. Do not try to manipulate or massage on it.if there is any redness , baby being irritable and crying upon touching the area consult your paediatrician immediately.

What you can feel is a testicle. Testis might be descending down to scrotum. It descends by 6 months of age, if not you need to consult.
