Age 64 Yrs, female, fasting 180 mg/ dl and post prandial 280 mg/dl which is constant from last 10 days after taking glycomet sr 2 times a day..triglycerides 683 mg/dl, cholesterol/ hdl ratio is 7.2 mg/dl, hdl is 30 and ldl is 48..x- ray shows mild cardiomegaly and 2-3 mm small stone in kidney..ECG within normal limits...how to control sugar
