Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light Do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly ur sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience. For more details you can consult me.

I see this as lockdown effect ? .. First is to break this cycle ..I know it's difficult to do now .. so whatever time u sleep, first few days try to get up early , like 6 or 6.30 .. Go out on the terrace or out n just do some exercises .. After that do house hold works and job .. food.. just don't sleep in the afternoon or evening hours.. try do any work or get involved.. And eat early dinner n sleep off.. switch off all the electronic devices first .. Maintain healthy life style .. medications won't help u much
