I am facing issue with my sleeping pattern probably due to lack of sleep discipline. I enjoy watching contents till late night and that is my most favourite time of the day. Knowing that it is not good for my health and it shows some signs of small impacts during my day time tasks. I keep dozzing off sometimes during my working hours, how to get rid of this? I want to wake up early without any tiredness? How do I ensure I had quality sleep? If for some reason I broke my sleep timings due to some travel plans or unforeseen circumstances how do I ensure I get back to my sleep discipline?

U need to avoid screen time before going to bed. It will take time to change, but the discipline required depends completely on ur own motivation. Try to engage in some activities or exercises, as ur body will then automatically take rest due to tiredness. Proper 6 to 8 hrs sleep is mandatory, to avoid dozing off during ur work hours. Dozing off sessions showing u that ur body is directly telling u that u r not getting the required sleep. Stop using screen atleast 1 to 2 hrs before sleeping. If u r not feeling sleepy, do some activity, but don't get exposed to screens to pass the time

TILL U DON'T  CUT OUT BLUE LIGHT  OF SCREEN EITHER  MOBILE  OR COMPUTER OR TV AT LEAST ONE HR BEFORE  U GO TO BED , BRAIN IS HIGHLY  ACTIVE.  SO U DON'T  GET QUALITY SLEEP. TAB CLONAZEPAM 0.5 ONE AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER FOR 7 TO 10 DAYS  U CAN TRY.

This is a long term problem which you have developed and acquired this unhealthy schedule with time so it will take some time to reverse this. First and foremost you have to be patient, do not panic it can be taken care off with patience and discipline .
