Unable to sleep
Hi, I have been on bed rest from last 8 months due to some spine problem. But before this problem started, I was under stress because of some personal issues and I didn't talk to anyone regarding that. I was hospitalized also because of continuous vomiting nd doctor told me it was because of stress only. Immediately after that my spine problem got aggregated and I had to stop going to my office and was advised complete bed rest. After i stopped going to office, i didn't have anything that could occupy or divert my mind so those things because of which I was in stress dominated my mind and used to think about those things only and the situation worsened and it's been around 10 months now I am not getting proper sleep. I get headache.Hardly I get 2-3 hours sleep and that too sometimes restless sleep. And also, I have very frequent mood swings now. Please advise.
