I find it unable to sleep at night because of anxiety...
Anxiety does not let me sleep... anxiety may be because of early waking up in the morning...
But when i dont get enough sleep i feel dizziness whole day...

Hello ..
Lack of sleep , hectic life style ,stress is root cause of anxiety n other health related issues.I will advice you to opt for yoga or meditation daily ,at least 15 min .Have your food on time ,it should be healthy home cooked meal , increased your water intake.Cut down your screen time ,1 hr before sleep ,n try to sleep at fixed time daily .To release your stress ,u can join any hobby class of Ur choice .
Tab skyfiz , dissolvable tab early morning empty stomach .
Check your HB , TSH levels ,vit D ,calcium .
