I was unable to loose my post pregnancy weight after second child who is 3 years old now.I am working out an hour 6 days a week which includes running and moderate exercises but no weight loss. Also I follow a moderate diet plan and avoid oily fatty food as much as possible. Though the weight is not increasing.
