Unable to reduce weight
I am unable to lose weight despite all efforts. I eat only around 800-1000 calories or less everyday. I also tried 1 hour brisk walking daily but my weight is not reducing even after consuming very less calories. I have hypothyroidism since 15 years, and a possibility of PCOD. Please tell me how can I reduce my weight. (I am 26 yo, 5'2'' and weigh 63 kg)

Hi there, Please have your Thyroid level checked. Please don't reduce your calory intake below 1200 kcal. It will make you weak and you will not be able to do continue your workout. Reduce calory intake gradually otherwise your body will go in survival mode with reduced metabolism.
Next Steps
Kindly consult me for planned effort and diet.
