Unable to open Full mouth
Due to Pan masala eating habit, I cannot open full mouth, seeing the reason on internet stopped pan masala immediately. This been 2 months and I have not touched masala. Result my mouth is better but still I cannot take big bite... Can you suggest me medicine or Exercise to consume or practice daily. Note: I have wisdom tooth problem.

Use ice cream sticks open put 5-8sticks hold for 1mint.reapet 8-10 times  Increase number of sticks day by day
