Unable to loose stubborn fat
Hello, I used to be a lot overweight since I was 15 but have reduced a lot since then. Even so, there is fat in my chest, stomach, lower back and upper thighs that don't seem to go away.

Don't worry... Losing too much weight very quickly is harmful to body... plus it causes sagging of skin and stretch marks. Stick to your routine.
