I am 27 years old and i am suffering from tremendous headack. I am unable to have sound sleep at night. It became very difficult for me to continue my work in office as i need to work whole day with my laptop. I do lie down on my bed for long time and do hardly get sleep. I do suffer from tremendous headack for whole day. I didnt get stable mindset and cant concentrate on my work. I cant control my emotion and so get irritate in small things. I do cant think what i am speaking and how i am react
