Unable to get pregnant after miscarriage
I had miscarriage at Nov 2021 which of 6week naturally, after that did some tests and as all reports are normal doctor suggested to try to consive from Jan as my period cycle is regular, but since that we was trying to consive but still not able to get pregnant and from Last two cycles I am feeling light pin in lower abdomen after 4-5 day's of ovulation and before 4days of period date it get vanished Need suggestions what should I do, is it alarm to consult doctor I am on madicine of Folic acid and Asperin gastro resistance table

Get a consultant in person. Have relations every alternate day starting from the day you stop bleeding to the onset of the next period. Try like this for 6 months.

You must have intercourse with your husband during your fertile period, continue with your supplements like folic acid and ecosprin, maintain an adequate BMI And if you still do not conceive in a couple of months you must consult a gynaecologist
