Hi I’m Darren and I’m 18 this year 2018.. I’m 168cm tall and the problem I’m facing is that my weight is always at 40kg two years back my weight was 38kg and when I was younger from 7-12 I stayed at 28kg. I’m so used to this but now I want to gain weight up till at least 60kg+ is there a way that you could recommend me to do other than visiting a doctor? Like the diet I’m suppose to go with .. the amount of exercises I need to take and any meds
