Unable to focus and sleep
Since few months I am not being able to focus on anything and m having irregular sleep pattern, I am constantly forgetting things and not feel active and energetic. I feel stressed and anxious most of the time . a lot of thoughts come to. My mind and they are not in my control, I can't stop them
