Unable to ejaculate during normal sex
When I masturbate, I experience good pleasure and ejaculation happens normally. But when I have real-life sex with my girlfriend/lover, I do not feel the ejaculation sensation at all, and ejaculation does not happen. During real sex, ejaculation happens only if I use my hand and masturbate very fast. Even then, ejaculation occurs only when I use a very tight grip with my hand. I do not get the natural ejaculation feeling. However, when I masturbate while watching erotic image/videos or porn videos, I get full pleasure and ejaculation happens properly. I have been masturbating while watching porn videos and actresses since I was 18 years old. Now my age is 32. I have had sex with my girlfriend/lover very occasionally. Around 3–4 years ago, ejaculation during real-time sex was normal. But recently, when I have sex with her, I do not feel the ejaculation sensation at all. Ejaculation happens only if use hands. I am very scared. Please help to how to treat this problem?

It seems to be delayed ejaculation due to decreased penile sensitivity. The muscles and nerves are involved in the process. It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. Stress may add to the cause. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician.
