Less pleasure during ejaculation is the result of very weak cotractions of pubococcygial muscles. For this purpose 2 things are required. First is regular Kegel's exercises. If you do this continuously for 1 month you will notice the power of rhythmic pleasurable contractions of pc muscles. Secondly for heightening the pleasure during contractions of pc muscles during ejaculation the sensory stimuli to the patient and time to build sexual build up nd tension in body, it needs a little more time to get stimulated but within feeling of point of no return. Stop nd start technique is very useful for achieving this and that requires help of some drugs which can be very well discussed during consultation with me.
