Unable to bend my legs to 90 degrees
I've had a grade 3 tear of ACL,MCL and Meniscus and a grade 2 tear of LCL. The doctor did a surgery for MCL,Meniscus and LCL,The ACL is left unrepaired. It's been 39 days Post Operation and still I have difficulty in bending my legs to 90 degrees. It only reaches 45 degrees do far. The doctor had advised me to bend it to 90 degrees so that the next surgery could be performed. How can I bend it to 90 degrees?I've used the CPM machine for 2 weeks,Still it doesn't bend beyond 45 degrees!

Give some time. Relax and continue physiotherapy next surgery should be done only once you achieve range of movement let your knee heal. Do not rush for Acl -reconstruction

Take help of physiotherapist and gradually you will be able to achieve knee bending. Acl surgery will be done only when  range of motion is >90. So be persistent with exercises
