Maintain local hygiene to prevent local infection. If it persist you can touch silvernitrate stick in the lleaion twice daily. In case it persists then need surgical consultation which basically is cauterization of the lesion which is a two minute job and almost painless.

Keep some salt on the area and cover it with a gauze piece which has been taped over it. Do this for half an hour and then wash it off. Do this twice a day for 3 days. If it responds continue doing it till it disappears otherwise get it cauterised

Take a table spoon of salt( normal)which we regularly use put it on granuloma lesion then place a cotton cloth over it gently rub for 20mints Do the same procedure twice a day for 3 days and if size decreases continue the same procedure TIL it completely goes away If not go for cautery removal

Just keep a pinch of table salt on that for 3 days. If not reduced it has to be removed by cautery.
