Ultrasound scan
My doctor suggested a abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. Report shows liver kindey bladder everything normal. Report says there is trace ascites. Solitary uterine fibroid. Right ovarian complex cyst as described -favours hemorrhagic cyst. Trace ascites. Had pcos before but never had fibroids. I had gas issues and sometimes get cramps in stomach. What is trace ascites is it due to fibroid and cyst?

Please seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist or with a General Physician. It will involve a lot of discussion to understand what trace ascites is.

In case of doubt meet your local gynaecologist and ask her to examine you internally, she might send tumour markers to rule out any suspicion.
