I have done Sonography for uterus and it shows below:
Uterine cavity is deeply arcuate.
It is due to 10mm diameter small hypoechoic patch in the fundic mid line.
It probably represent minimal subendometrial adenomyosis. A developing fibroid will be a second possibility.
It makes the endometrial cavity somewhat Y shaped.
No evidence of any typical uterine septum is seen.
Both the overies are bulky. A few tiny peripheral cysts are seen in both the overies. They are no enough in number to lable as polycystic.
