Ulnar Nerve Sublaxation
I have a problem in my left arm where my ulnar nerve slides back and forth when I bend my arms. I've noticed that the nerve is right under my triceps, so is it possible to fix my ulnar nerve issue by working out? I was planning on buying a range of motion arm brace that would prevent me from bending my arm too far, so the nerve doesn't pop. Then, I plan on working out to grow the muscle around the nerve.
