I have a problem in my left arm where my ulnar nerve slides back and forth when I bend my arms. I've noticed that the nerve is right under my triceps, so is it possible to fix my ulnar nerve issue by working out? I was planning on buying a range of motion arm brace that would prevent me from bending my arm too far, so the nerve doesn't pop. Then, I plan on working out to grow the muscle around the nerve.

Ulnar nerve mobilization technique have to be done. Need to see at what level the nerve is entrapped if so.
Once ulnar nerve issue is resolved than can start your workout.
