Hi. About the medicine, you should ask a Gastroenterologist, they'll be able to help you more. And, the dietary tips : you should include curd and go for a soft diet, instead of having chapatis. Take washed pulses more and avoid whole pulses like; Rajma, Choley, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, etc. Foods to be avoided : Milk. Fatty, Oily and Junk food. Processed food. High glycemic index food. Highly flavoured vegetables : Garlic, Capsicum, etc. Foods Recommended: Washed Pulses; Moong, Masoor and Arhar Dal. Plenty of water. Curd, Buttermilk. Coconut Water.

Hi Everyone also ulcerative colitis is different and show different  symptoms and different types suits to every individual. As no 1 size fits all accordingly no one diet suits all. So I would recommend you to meet me for a consultation and get a personalized plan. As giving plan over here without one to one discussion may aggravate your issues. Stop reacting and start responding by booking an appointment with me. I work online globally so visit is not compulsory you can have online or telephonic consultation also...
