Ulcer on right scrotum
I am having these slightly painful ulcers on my right scrotum. It has been 2 days, they don't ooze any fluid, look like cuts on the skin and are tender to touch.
I have been using neomycin ointment for relief. But I haven't seen any improvement in last 48hrs (also have tried candid power).
I have not been sexually active since last 2yrs. And I don't not have any severe health conditions as well.
Please help :(
