Ulcer in throat since last few days
I'm facing difficulty in swallowing . Feels like some ulcer at the starting of throat. Happened first time, also I face lot of acid reflux There's no pain in speaking or anything. Its just paining while swallowing

Ulcer is due to acid reflux Take tab pantocid 40mg empty stomach Ulgel a syrup 2 tablespoon after meals Do not lie down after meals Drink plenty of water

Plz take cap pantocid dsr daily once halfnhr before breakfast for 2 weeks, tab zerodol sp twice daily for 5 days, and syp gaviscon 7ml twice daily for 2 weeks.....
