Typhoid test report
My frnd (F) gone through my widal test done today, salmonella typhi o antigen is 1.80 (observation value) 1.80 (biological ref interval) And typhi H antigen is 1.32 ( observation value) and 1.80 ( biological ref interval) And paratyphi A H 1.40 and 1.16 Paratyphi B H 1.20 and 1.16 Please confirm,if she is under typhoid disease or not.

The titres  do not indicate a positive test. In any case one cannot rely only on the test to diagnose typhoid. One needs to also correlate the symptoms with the test results to arrive at a diagnosis. You can repeat the Widal test after 3 days and if the titres have gone up then the suspicion of Typhoid can be confirmed

Dear ,dont worry She does not have. Value should be more than 180 Second thing , as always I tell every one , doctor doesn't treat lab value ,doctor had to see patient clinically,  problems of patient ,severity of disease  then evaluation with lab value then treatment. So fallow your doctor
