AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.
PLENTY OF LIQUIDS.
SIPS OF VEGETABLES SOUP TOMATO SOUP.
LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES.
SMALL AMOUNT OF FOOD EVERY THREE TO FOUR HOURS IS EASY TO DIGEST.
MERIZYME/LUPIZYME SYRUP TWO-TIMES TWO TEASPOON FUL AFTER DINNER FOR PROPER DIGESTION.
