Typhoid related queries. Vaccine?

I had typhoid, yesterday I completed my medicine course. Doctor told me that I am well. But earlier also the typhoid repeated within 5 days of completion of treatment. Currently I am given medication for indigestion and weakness. So when I can have tests for confirmation of typhoid, and which typhoid test to be carried out. Earlier I had tests for urin infection, typhi O and H, monocytes they were positive. Please suggest me tests and whenbI can do them. Aditionally my company has asked for vaccination certificate (compulsary before re joining) of typhoid from a govt. Registered centre or doctor. I asked few local chemists, but they don't have idea of typhoid vaccine. The are asking for name to order one. So can anyone suggest me name of typhoid vaccine? Thanks in advance. I respect all therepies but my company is not considering certificates or medicines of ayurveda or homeopathy (tried for leave already). They need prescription and certificate of MBBS, MD or MS only.
