Typhoid or paratyphoid
I had my widal test taken which gave typhi O, H and paratyphi AH as 1:80 and paratyphi BH as 1:120. Doctor gave me zenflox and bifilac for five days. I don't have any symptoms except elevated body temperature which reaches 99.3F max at night 8PM (I reside in top floor). Malaria returned negative and CBC was fine. My question is Do I have typhoid or paratyphoid or both or not both?

Typhi O titre >/= 1:80 means active infection Typhi H tire >/= 1:160 means active infection Paratyphi AH/BH titre >/= 1:80 means active infection. So it's possible you have both. Now days even covid patients are coming postive on widal so should consider doing RtPCR
